WARRANTY INFORMATION

We take pride in our craftsmanship. Your project is covered by the following warranty terms:

Craftsmanship Warranty (1 Years): We guarantee our workmanship—including stitching, seams, and spring tie-ins—for a period of 1 years from the date of delivery. If a seam opens or a fastening fails under normal residential use, we will repair it at no cost to you.
A structural warranty (5 Years): covers the internal wooden framework under normal use for 5 years against manufacturing defects like warping, cracking, or joint failure.
Cushion Core: New foam inserts are subject to the specific warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.

Fabric/Leather Disclaimer: Fabric and leather materials are subject to the specific warranties provided by their respective manufacturers. This warranty does not cover fabric pilling, fading due to sunlight, staining, or wearing down from abrasive use.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by pets (scratches/chewing), misuse, improper cleaning, commercial use (unless specified), or normal wear and tear.
